Sign In Guide
This article explains the different account types used in CLO Virtual Fashion services and the requirements for signing in to Enterprise Software.
1. Account Types
There are two types of accounts used for signing in:
1) CVF Account (Merged Account)
Also referred to as the CLO-SET account, this is a unified account system.
A single CVF Account allows you to access all CLO Virtual Fashion services, including CLO, Marvelous Designer (MD), CLO-SET and CONNECT.
2) Enterprise Software (SW)
Enterprise Software requires additional conditions to sign in, beyond having a CVF Account.
2. Sign In Requirements for Enterprise Software
To sign in to Enterprise Software, the following condition must be met:
- The License ID must have an Owner Email assigned
💡 Notes: The Owner Email must meet all of the following conditions:
- Owner Email must be assigned to the License ID
- The email must be a CLO-SET All at Once account
- The email must be verified as a CVF Account
3. How to Check Owner Email
You can verify the Owner Email in the following services:
• In CLO Account

- Navigate to the License or Account settings
- Check the assigned Owner Email for your License ID
• In Marvelous Designer (MD) Account
- Log in to your MD Account

💡 Notes: The Owner Email plays a key role in linking your license with the CVF Account system.
