SW-CLO-SET Account Linking Guide for AI Studio Activation

1. Prerequisites

1-1. CLO-SET Account Linking Required

• The CLO-SET account is CLO Virtual Fashion's unified account. With a single account, you can use all of our services, including CLO, Marvelous Designer, CLO-SET, and CONNECT.
• AI-related features can only be used if this account is linked to your CLO SW account.

1-2. AI Studio Activation Authority: SW Admin Account Only

AI Studio activation is only possible from an SW Admin account. Users in the Member pool should contact the SW Admin account holder at their company.

How to check whether you have an Admin account

1. Go to https://clo3d.com/en/accounts/admin#aistudio.
2. If you have an Admin account: you will be taken to the AI Studio activation edit page.
3. If you have a Member account: you cannot access this page and will be redirected to the Account page.

1-3. How to Check Whether an Email Is Registered to Your SW Account

1. Go to https://clo3d.com/en/signin.
2. Try signing in with your SW account.
   • If an email registration pop-up appears: no email is registered → go to Section 2
   • If you sign in successfully: an email is already registered → go to Section 3

1-4. Supported Licenses & Versions

• CLO Standalone 2026.0 or later
• CLO Network Onlineauth 2026.0 or later
• CLO CN Network Onlineauth 2026.0 or later

2. If No Email Is Registered to Your SW Account

2-1. Create a CLO-SET Account

1. Go to https://style.clo-set.com/en/account/signup. (Or click the Sign Up button on the CLO SW launch splash screen.)
2. Enter your account information, agree to the terms, and click Create Account. → A verification email will be sent to the address you entered.
3. Go to your mailbox, open the verification email from CLO-SET, and click the Activate button. → Your CLO-SET account registration is complete.

2-2. Register Your CLO-SET Account to Your SW Account

1. Go to https://clo3d.com/en/signin. (Or, after logging into CLO SW, click Main Menu - Plugins - AI Studio Activation.)
2. Enter your SW ID and password to log in. → An email registration dialog will appear.
3. Enter the CLO-SET email you created earlier and click Confirm. → A verification email will be sent to that address.
4. Go to your mailbox, open the verification email from CLO, and click the activation button. → You will be taken to the clo3d.com Welcome Aboard page.
5. Click the CLO-SET Login button and log in with your CLO-SET account. → Your CLO-SET account is now registered to your SW account.

3. If an Email Is Already Registered to Your SW Account

3-1. Create a CLO-SET Account

1. Go to https://style.clo-set.com/en/account/signup. (Or click the Sign Up button on the CLO SW launch splash screen.)
2. Enter the email already registered in CLO SW into the Email address field.

How to check your registered email

1. Go to https://clo3d.com/en/accounts and sign in.

2. Check your registered email in the upper-left corner of the screen.

3. Enter a password, agree to the terms, and click Create Account.

4. Go to your mailbox, open the verification email from CLO-SET, and click the Activate button. → Your CLO-SET account registration is complete.

 

4. AI Studio Activation (Admin Only)

AI Studio activation is only possible from an SW Admin account. (See 1-2)

1. Launch CLO SW.
2. Click Main Menu - Plugins - AI Studio Activation. → You will be taken to the Sign in page.
3. Log in with the Admin's SW ID/password or the Admin's CLO-SET account.
   • On first access: you will be taken to the Admin password setup page. Enter a new password and click Save to proceed to the password entry page.
   • If password setup is already complete: you will go directly to the password entry page.
4. Enter the Admin password. → You will be taken to the AI Studio Plugin page, where an "Accept Terms to Continue" dialog will appear.
5. Check the agreement checkbox and click Continue. → The dialog will close.
6. Click the Edit button on the AI Studio Plugin page.
7. Turn ON the features you want to activate and click Save. → Your settings will be saved.
8. Quit and relaunch SW. → The AI Studio button will show as activated or deactivated according to your settings.
